You'll enjoy a plant based banquet, set to the soothing sounds of Mort Garson's 1976 album Plantasia - 'Warm earth music for plants, and the people who love them'.
This playful banquet menu has been prepared by our chef Jerry Sheeran, and includes healthy sprinkle of his South Indian culinary heritage. In Perth, Jerry has previously honed his craft at Sauma and Topi - some of Perth's best Indian restaurants. Jerry describes his personal style of cooking as 'Not Really Indian', incorporating influences from across the globe simmering together in a kaleidoscope of flavour.
Optionally, you can indulge in a paired drinks menu prepared by our beverage manager Tony Roche: a matching set of floral cocktails, and vegan wines.
