We're excited to wheel out the parmesan again, for SAY CHEESE, our ongoing love affair with the big curd.

‍

Bring your beau down for a celebration of cheese, featuring a hot and heavy parmesan wheel, and four shared courses of fresh formaggio.

Our centerpiece is a spectacle to behold - a giant wheel of Grana Padano parmesan, which we've hollowed out for the occasion. We'll be serving a decadent pasta alla ruota or by the wheel. Tender, cooked pasta will be tossed in the melting cheese wheel, infusing it with rich, cheesy goodness straight from the source.
